For insurance purposes, every guest who enters our arenas must have a completed and signed waiver. All guests under 17 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver.

All ages are welcome at 11Max Indoor Fun Park. In fact, we encourage all age groups to interact! Certain attractions, however, do have age and size limitations to comply with safety standards.

Yes! We have a variety of snacks and drinks available for purchase at the 11Max Energy Station. No outside food is permitted except for reservations. We offer customizable party and group reservation packages that include the option to bring a special food item, such as a birthday cake. Contact us for details.

To avoid lines and ensure your jump time is reserved, it is best to book online. However, you can also buy tickets in park, as well as add on time after you've arrived.

Bringing a physical or electronic ticket can help expedite the check-in process, but if you forget it, we are able to look up your reservation using your personal information.

Children under the age of 13 cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision. For convenience, we offer a discounted Parent Pass in the checkout that you can add to the purchase of your child's ticket.

Presents are encouraged. Outside food and beverages are typically not permitted, but there may be some exceptions. Please contact us for party policies.

Yes, you can completely book a party without speaking to anyone. Our online service is also set up to help you handle guest lists.

Typically our group bookings are for 2-hour segments, which includes check-in, play time, and time in your private party room. These bookings are upgradable to extend the time but may not be so in the online portal. To ensure your group is booked for lengths of time longer than 2 hours, call us during open hours, send an email either to inquiry@11Max.world or via our contact form.

We recommend arriving 15-30 mins prior to your scheduled time so we can make sure your guests are prepared to jump as soon as the party begins. This includes waiver completion, equipping 11Max Socks, rules overview, and payment processing (if applicable).

The party room is available for the whole booking. If you want to set the room up in advance of a party, we recommend inviting party participants to enjoy park attractions while the room is being set up. Gifts and personal belongings can be stored in the party room for guests' convenience.

We love when parents get in on the fun. Make sure they are included in the guest count so they can participate in the activities.

Food and drinks are included in most party packages. Outside food and beverages are not allowed, but there may be some exceptions to birthday cakes and food upgrades.
