Terms and Conditions for Party Reservations:

Waivers‍

All guests must have a signed waiver prior to participating.
Non-slip socks are required to be worn by all jumpers.
Guests under 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian — no exceptions.
Guests 18 and older must complete their own waiver and present a valid ID at check-in.

Cancellation & Rescheduling‍

Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance are eligible for a full refund. The deposit required for booking for this package is non-refundable for any reason.
Each party may be rescheduled one time within two weeks at no additional charge.
If you no-show the event, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event.

Check-In & Check-Out‍

Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled jump time for check-in.
Party rooms will be available only at the scheduled start time.
Be sure to officially check out after your event; final payment must be completed before departure.

Decorations‍

Paper goods are provided, but you’re welcome to bring themed paper goods or decorations.
Not allowed: confetti, glitter, powder, nails, or tape on walls.
Violations of decoration rules will result in a $50 charge.
Note: Table covers are included: plain black. However its optional to bring your own.
