Terms and Conditions for Admission Sale:
- All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or re-entry after purchase.
- Every person must sign a waiver before entering the park, even if you are not participating in one of the attractions we offer. Please have all waivers signed before checking in at the Front Desk.
- Privacy is important to 11Max and our parent company Fantasy Journey Entertainment, LLC. Making sure that you know how we collect, use, share, and secure information on this website is also important to us. Our Privacy Policy page details how we handle visitor information and your rights therein. Be advised that at any time you can change the cookie consent by using the toggle in the bottom left corner.
- We reserve the right to limit jumpers to an hour of play upon entry based on capacity.
- Children under the age of 13 cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.
- Please be advised that guests not adhering to the rules and regulations outlined by 11Max Indoor Fun Park may be refused service. Our staff members reserve the right to enforce all rules for the safety, security, and enjoyment for all visitors.
- All jumpers are required to wear clean, non-slip socks.
- No re-entry. To ensure the park is safe and all guests are accounted for at any given time, no re-entry is allowed once you leave the building. There is a full service kitchen in the park for guests' convenience.
- No outside food or drink allowed.
- School day Special Rules: This ticket covers 1 Adult and 1 Child for the entire time from 10 AM to 3 PM on school days only, Monday - Friday. It does not apply on no-school days for the local ISDs of Frisco, Dallas, Plano, Lewisville, or Carrollton.
- Groups with 10+ jumpers should call ahead to purchase advance tickets (Monday-Thursday only). For group or birthday bookings that will take place within 48 hours, please call us.
- Blackout days for entire-park-rental groups will be determined, at minimum, 30 days in advance.
- Parent Passes can be purchased online or at our front desk as long as a child's pass has been added to the transaction.
- An order confirmation with your digital ticket(s) will be emailed upon completion of your online order. Present the ticket(s) at the park front desk for ease of redemption. In the event an order confirmation is not received within 24 hours, please contact the park by emailing us.
- Parks, services, entertainment, and attractions may change operating hours, close temporarily, or may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability.

- The Park is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
