All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or re-entry after purchase.

Every guest must sign a waiver before entering the park, even if they are not participating in an attraction. Please have all waivers signed before checking in at the front desk.

Parent Passes can be purchased online or at the front desk as long as a child's pass has been added to the transaction.

An order confirmation with digital ticket(s) will be emailed after purchase. Please present the ticket(s) at the front desk for redemption.

If you do not receive your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact the park by email.

Children under the age of 13 cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.

All jumpers are required to wear clean, non-slip socks.

Guests who do not follow the rules and regulations may be refused service.

Staff reserve the right to enforce all rules for the safety, security, and enjoyment of all visitors.

No outside food or drink is allowed.

The park is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

We reserve the right to limit jumpers to one hour of play upon entry based on capacity.

No re-entry is allowed once you leave the building. This helps ensure the park is safe and all guests are accounted for at all times.

There is a full-service kitchen in the park for guests' convenience.

Parks, services, entertainment, and attractions may change operating hours, close temporarily, or otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability.

School Day Special covers 1 adult and 1 child from 10 AM to 3 PM on school days only, Monday through Friday.

School Day Special does not apply on no-school days for the local ISDs of Frisco, Dallas, Plano, Lewisville, or Carrollton.

Groups with 10+ jumpers should call ahead to purchase advance tickets, Monday through Thursday only.

For group or birthday bookings taking place within 48 hours, please call us.

Blackout days for entire-park-rental groups will be determined at least 30 days in advance.
